Show icons of equipment, paper, network servers and personal folder on the desktop of Ubuntu
When you install Ubuntu desktop we have a little "bland." To give some life and make it a little more helpful we will display the icons of "equipment", "user's personal folder", "network servers" and "trash."
This press Alt + F2 to open the "Run Application", where you must enter gconf-editor and click on "Run." Once you open the application must access the path apps -> nautilus -> desktop. There you can modify the properties that determine which icons are visible on the desktop, just dial as you want.
