My forays into surrealism have more to do with chance than with a personal decision. I found myself in the halls of a vast library, and Suddenly looming just a book shelf, began to get my attention. It was "Man jasmine" from Unica Zurn. I did not know the author but his image in green water from the top intrigued me without knowing why. Another time I opened an art book, also at random, and found a box for my ignorance of De Chirico, "The magnetic bathrooms." This painting, in which naked men are immersed in water a metallic appearance disarmed me by its simplicity and surprise. I realized that that was all I had always aspired to art and beyond what you would get it or not, should continue down that path, the path of mystery, disturbing objects. I became interested in the work of several surreal especially that of Max Ernst, as well as pictorial and literary works of many women who participated in the movement and were unfairly relegated to oblivion: Mimi Parent, Remedios Varo, Leonora Carrington, Leonor Fini, etc. (The list of women surrealists is extensive). My interest in the world of women is of a protest, so as not knowing that I've noticed all these artists, starting at first for myself, I decided to create a social networking site "Facebook" to to publicize their work. The site is called and is called "Women Alraune surreal, "referring to the Mandrake, esoteric and magical plant beloved by the Surrealists about his lovely legend. That's how I met Enrique de Santiago who was interested in my group and I proposed to participate in the show's surreal "The Threshold Secret lal held in Chile which had the participation of important personalities from the art world as my revered painters Max Ernst and Leonora Carrington of which my work is very indebted. The experience was wonderful, exquisite, allowed me to meet other painters who had few interests and concerns very similar to mine for information sharing and friendship. Discover I was not alone in my way, and that made me gain confidence and enthusiasm. In Chile participated as a group with seven wonderful painters I also met Alaraune root of my site. And I think for them the experience was so great to me. We have followed through the network step by step all the details of the event and we felt greatly honored and amazed to be able to contribute our grain of sand. I participated with two large pictures "Vie de femme" and "Alraune" rave "and a series of watercolors. My painting has entered the world of women and makes a little echo the imagery of Leonora Carrington, although a different style. Currently I work in my workshop and prepare a Surrealist exhibition in Madrid. I keep researching on the move, I'm reading a lot and intensely motivated.
