This is my star. The Black Star Alraune. Some people are born with star and other star-born. I do not think neither one nor the other. I think I have a star a little misunderstood ... and pointed a black star that gives its dark light wherever I go, a light to me at least makes me happy. Before I lived with the rhythm of the street, ie a hard pace that forces you to keep our feet on the ground, but since I came to this old house, living secluded in the privacy and constant nebula. That helps me create, everything is building now, everything is magic. Roofs are high, large windows. Suddenly and without anything to announce it, my next door neighbor gets to play the piano as a devilish. The piano resounds throughout the house as if it were in and attacks you in torrents of emotion. Sometimes music is so beautiful I feel chills and I lean against the wall just to listen. Telling you all this because I am convinced that the environment is very important when creating. It must be a space, a special place. When I went to art school, the Prilidiano Pueyrredón in Buenos Aires, there were times that we entered the classroom and put us to paint in the hallways. Yet despite all these discomforts, studying at school, kind of mansion ruins, with large mirrors in the lobby, marble staircase and hardwood floors, charcoal-stained, for us it was like touching the sky, and there was no one among us who do not dream of being a painter and jump to fame. Unfortunately many of those dreams, I believe most were staying on the road. I have known a very talented fellow who left the painting and is now a bank manager and others who were less fortunate than himself. So I think dreams are important, you have to pamper and care for them much that nobody can take them. Although not met, so what?!. The fact is already dreaming is a luxury in itself very large, very large, a priceless treasure that can not be measured with outdated and stilted action of this world. Nobody ever takes away your dreams. Create! Tuesday, January 19, 2010
